Newsletter forms collect an email address, optional first name, topic preferences, consent state, consent source, form version, timestamp, and technical records needed to demonstrate consent. Contact and sponsor forms collect the information displayed on those forms.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver requested publication emails, respond to inquiries, manage sponsorship discussions, maintain consent records, prevent abuse, and measure publication performance.
Legacy contact separation
Contacts collected for the former mortgage business are not enrolled in The Operator AI Brief unless they separately provide consent through the new publication form.
Service providers
Approved providers may process website, CRM, email, analytics, storage, audio, video, and automation data only for the functions configured by the publication.
Your choices
Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe mechanism. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent through the contact page.
